Refund & Returns Policy
The provision of goods and services by Soy Lights (Pty) Ltd is subject to availability, and Soy Lights (Pty) Ltd will contact you in cases of unavailability or unexpected delays with your order. Soy Lights (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the quality standards. Should Soy Lights (Pty) Ltd exercise this right, the customer will receive a full refund with no deductions.
Once payment has been made for an order, the customer may only cancel the order before the order has been dispatched by Soy Lights (Pty) Ltd.
Any damages or defects need to be reported to Soy Lights (Pty) Ltd within 3 days of receiving the order, together with accompanied photographs in order for Soy Lights (Pty) Ltd to send a replacement product.
All products are sold with a 10-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happywith a product that you received with your order, you can contact us within 10 days of receipt with the reason of dissatisfaction. Shipping costs for the return will be for your account. Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and if it is in its original state, we will refund you the value of the product. If you received the wrong product, please let Soy Lights (Pty) Ltd know three working days. If the error incurred was the responsibility of Soy Lights (Pty) Ltd we will arrange to swap the 'wrong' product for the one actually ordered on our account.
Any complaints regarding the standard and quality of the product or products bought by customers through the e-commerce facility should be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
